Vin Diesel Workout

The Vin Diesel workout has been the trickiest celebrity workout for me to source so far!

Vin DieselNobody seems to know what big Vinny does in his workouts! No doubt the ladies love Vin and the guys want to look like him which makes his workout highly searched online!

There are snippets of information here and there about Vin Diesel’s workout. The main one I found was that he bases the majority of most of his workout around compound exercises (smart guy!).

vince delmonte ebookWorking out like Vin Diesel does not necessarily mean that you will look like him. He is genetically gifted and also will obviously change his workouts when this one stops working.

This leads me to believe that his weight’s workout is something like a HIT Training style workout. This type of training is based almost exclusively around compound movements.

Another piece of information out there about the Vin Diesel workout is that he attends Yoga and Pilates classes too. No doubt to increase the strength and definition in his 6 pack abs and core area (pilates) as well as maintaining his flexibility (Yoga).

So with these two pieces of information at hand, it is worth making an educated assumption as to what the Vin Diesel workout involves.

However, taking into consideration the little information we have, I’ve compiled a workout schedule that I feel is similar to what Vin Diesel actually does.

Vin would do this workout Monday, Wednesday and Friday with rest days in between. He may do his Yoga and Pilates classes seperately during his rest days rather than after his weight’s session.

Muscle Building Workouts – Another area in the fitness industry where you will probably hear conflicting information about what works and what doesn’t!

If you’re just starting out I’d highly recommend picking up a decent muscle building program <– I give honest reviews on some of the most popular ones which you can access by clicking on that link. Getting one of these will speed up the muscle building process immensely for you.

It really is as simple as that folks. Don’t look for a magic workout because there isn’t one. The most important factor in deciding which muscle building program is best for you is by figuring out how your body responds to each one and which best fits in with your lifestyle.

Most muscle building workouts will generally have you using anywhere from 2-5 sets per exercise and between 6-12 repetitions per set. This is the generally accepted range for muscle building but there are so many different training protocols, it can be easy to get caught up in a debate. Just stick to the bread and butter until your body adapts (you stop building muscle!) – then change and progress your training!

So with that in mind, let’s take a look at your options!

vince delmonte muscle building programs reviewMuscle building programs in the form of online ebook packages are one of the best ways to get moving towards your goals if you’ve never trained before or have trained but not consistently achieved the result that you want.

I know that I would have saved myself at least a year or two if I had a decent e-program guiding me towards my goals instead of relying on various different sources of information that probably didn’t have my best interest at heart! (Yes I’m talking about you bodybuilding magazines!)

However, just like supplements, there are good ones and bad ones. You have to be careful but HOW do you do that when all of their sales pages look pretty much the same!? Unfortunately, you’ll find that all of their sales pages are full of hype and promises (even the good ones). Yepp, I hate that tactic too but these guys are experts at appealing to people’s emotional wants and needs. This is actually a very positive thing if their fat loss or muscle building programs are a solid product because they make people take immediate action. The problem is when you get drawn in by a program that isn’t worth squat! Or worse, a program that wants to sell you further products after the initial purchase!

I couldn’t possibly tell them without reading the books so I created this page and set about asking the authors of the most popular ebooks if I may review their fat loss and muscle building programs.

Most have been happy to oblige – A good sign as this shows confidence in their fat loss or muscle building programs. The ones that said “no” or didn’t reply to my request after a number of attempts at contacting them, will NOT be recommended. The last thing we want is bad customer service and/or a bad product.

I also noticed how most review sites online actually have no muscle building programs questionable reviewsface, no voice….no identity! What experience, qualifications or expertise do these people truly have to be telling you what works and what doesn’t? I don’t see any pictures for proof that they practice what they preach? Some of those reviews are ridiculously short too! Makes me wonder if these people actually read the ebooks that they’re recommending?? Please! If I were them I’d hide in shame too!

So this is what I have for you so far. We have a star rating system which gives a rating out of 10. Anything 8 stars or above comes highly recommended and will really help you in your quest to build muscle fast or lose weight fast.

Why Build Muscle?

In the male, more muscle mass will increase your testosterone levels which helps with your strength, the rate at which you burn calories and will provide an increase in libido and sex drive.

Lifting weights will also increase your bone density which will help keep your bones strong even in old age! This applies to both men and women.

For women, increasing muscle mass is something that is commonly feared. Fear not – The female body is not designed to hold mountains of muscle regardless of how hard you train. The primary reason for this is that the levels of testosterone in women is significantly less than those in a male. These low levels don’t support big increases in muscle mass.

However, small increases in lean muscle tissue are achievable and should be desired by women because just slightly more muscle on a woman’s frame means a higher metabolism, a more curvy, ‘toned’ look and is a long-term solution to keeping the fat off (this is due to the fact that having more muscle on your frame means that your body is burning more calories throughout the day just to maintain them!).
