What is Tribulus Terrestris?
Tribulus Terrestris is a vine plant that grows in moderate and tropical climates in certain parts of North America, South America, Eastern Europe, India and China.
So it’s just a plant?? Well…yeah! – But the Tribulus plant has historically been used by people from around the world to promote health, increase muscle size and strength as well as supporting a healthy libido.

How Does Tribulus Terrestris Work?
Tribulus Terrestris is known for being a natural Testosterone booster.
Testosterone is obviously a highly anabolic (muscle building) hormone so if we can increase it’s production naturally, this can only be a good thing for our muscle building and muscle sparing efforts.

What Are the Recommended Doses?
No optimal dosing protocols have been established or advised. The product label can provide directions on dose.
Doses usually range from around 250mg – 1500mg though. Be sure that your product contains at least 10% or more Protodioscin (the active part that raises testosterone).
