This fitness supersite/blog started off as an information site back in September of 2008.
It was established by Altug Kop (Me!) and quickly became an authority site on Google for many popular fitness searches such as build muscle fast, muscle building workouts and weight loss workouts.
This was quite a feat considering the sites relatively young age. It achieved 500-600 unique visitors per day within 5-6 months of being online.
However it has been through 4 transformations in it’s lifetime and this 4th template was built with sociability in mind! I was fed up of just writing content and not being able to interact with my visitors so the newest template was launched most recently in December 2011.
I hope you like the new look – The site maintains a website feel but with now the added interactivity of a blog. So please get socialising and feel free to ask any questions or comment on any articles you like or don’t like! Or even give me some requests on what you want to learn about!
The goal is to make this site the best fitness resource online for newbies who are frustrated with their muscle building or weight loss efforts. I will show you what can be done by posting up regular transformations of myself which will hopefully inspire you and show you what can be done in a short space of time if you know what you’re doing and want it bad enough!
