If you’re serious about achieving your goals, whether you want to build muscle, gain strength or burn fat, you’ve probably been told that you will need to head in the direction of a free weights workout program.
Fixed machines are fine for the novice but after the few weeks it takes for your body to adapt to the stimulus, you’re really limited in how much you can achieve. Not to mention that these machines limit your natural range of movement.
You encounter no such problems with free weights and you have a whole heap of progressions that can be made to ensure that your results don’t stop.
The problem is, a free weights workout program is just one small part of achieving your goals.
Another important factor which you hopefully know about is your nutrition. If your nutrition isn’t up to scratch then you will be very frustrated with your lack of progress towards your goal.
Recovery is also all important in your quest to achieve your goal.

The frustrating thing with training can be when you’re just starting out and training like a crazed animal only to be frustrated with your results and quit – This nearly happened to me when I was 16 and first started. I had a decent free weights workout program which I followed but didn’t get any results.
If I’d have found out about these online programs when I was 16 I’d have saved myself a lot of time and frustration. I eventually understood how to achieve good results when I became a personal trainer — however, that certification set me back £1600!
Don’t get me wrong, I don’t regret the certification because it allowed me to help so many people achieve their goals and I wouldn’t take that back for the world — but if you want to achieve your goals of muscle building and/or fat loss, you’ll find the best complete free weights workout program to be an online muscle building package.
I found it funny that when I purchased the Vince Delmonte online package, I learnt more than I did about training for muscle building and fat loss than on my certified course — For around 2-3% of the price!
If you’re not interested in becoming a personal trainer, the next best way to achieving your goals quickly is to call upon the experience of a good one. I’ve found Vince to be an awesome trainer and truly a saviour for those who can’t afford a personal trainer but want the same results.
